Pokémon Go Plus Delayed Till September

Nintendo UK has announced that the Pokémon Go Plus accessory won't be arriving until September. The company confirmed the delay in a Twitter response, thanking trainers for their patience. The small device can be deployed by players for $34.99 to help them detect and catch Pokémon.
With the announcement of the game, the game developer Niantic also promised a wearable, the Pokémon Go Plus. Shaped like a Pokéball, it is a small device that pairs with your Android or iOS device via Bluetooth. You can wear it on your wrist like a watch, or attach it to your shirt or bag via a clip.  The Pokémon Go Plus offers the following:

• Alerts you via vibration and a flashing LED.
• Alerts you when a Pokémon is nearby.
• Alerts you when a PokéStop is nearby.
• Press the Pokémon Go button to perform various actions, such as throw Poké Ball, or search PokéStops.

The simple device, which will cost only $34.99, was due to ship at the end of July. In fact, pre-orders were open on the Nintendo Store. However, the device has not been available for the last couple of weeks.
